Narayan Sitaram Saboo, Managing Director of Mohit Industries Ltd., holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Surat. Living up to the saying “like father, like son,” he carried forward the illustrious vision of his father. After graduation, he joined his father, Sitaram Saboo, in the family business of trading and manufacturing yarn. Since then, he has made invaluable contributions to the growth and success of Mohit Industries Ltd.
As the Managing Director, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and strategic direction, while bearing responsibility for its overall management. He has built a strong commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and financial integrity. His transparent and ethical approach has earned him strong relationships with key stakeholders in banking, industry, and regulatory sectors. His proactive mindset and practical strategies have been key drivers of the company’s expansion and development. In addition, he actively oversees the financial and administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient operations and sustainable growth.
Mr. Naresh Sitaram Saboo – Non – Executive Director
Naresh Sitaram Saboo joined the family business in 1998 after completing his education and has since become an integral part of Mohit Industries Ltd. With his extensive experience in production, product development, equipment modification, and system analysis, he has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the company. He is widely recognized for his strategic perception, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to navigate complex challenges.
He brings valuable international exposure and remains well-informed about the latest trends in the manufacturing industry. As a Director, he plays a key role in overseeing all manufacturing activities, including procurement of yarn and other raw materials, production planning, process control, and packaging, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s objectives and values.
He has also been instrumental in providing strategic direction in the selection of advanced technology and machinery for the establishment of new manufacturing facilities. His contributions have been vital in improving production processes and supporting the company’s expansion into new ventures.
Mr. Mohit Narayan Saboo – Non – Executive Director
Mohit Narayan Saboo is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in corporate taxation, financial management, and strategic planning. With a strong foundation in financial governance and regulatory compliance, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to guide the organization towards sustainable growth and financial efficiency.

Ms. Anshula Sachinkumar Jain – Non- Executive & Independent Director
Anshula Sachinkumar Jain is a dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the textile industry. A graduate of DAVV, Indore (Class of 1997), she combines a strong academic foundation with practical industry expertise and a deep understanding of market trends.
As a key driving force behind R K Silk Mills, Ms. Jain has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and brand identity. Under her leadership, the organization has built a strong reputation for delivering quality products that reflect elegance, innovation, and contemporary design.

Mr. Dishant Kaushikbhai Jariwala – Non- Executive & Independent Director
Dishant Kaushikbhai Jariwala is a skilled professional with a Master’s degree in Engineering and extensive experience in business and marketing strategy. With a strong technical background complemented by strategic business insight, he brings a balanced approach to organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Mr. Jariwala has extensive experience in the moulding industry, during which he has developed deep expertise in manufacturing processes, market positioning, and business development.
